We collect personal information necessary to perform title and escrow services, which may include: full name, contact information, government-issued identification, Social Security Number (or ITIN), property details, transaction details, and financial information such as loan and wire information.
We use your information to: perform title searches and issue title insurance policies, conduct closings and record deeds, comply with applicable law (including FIRPTA, Bank Secrecy Act, and OFAC), and communicate with you about your transaction.
